Excellent place
Excellent place to live in with good amenities. It has anple space and storage area and good location for families.
Review
Having the gym in the same building is quite disruptive. Any noise complaints related to that as well as neighbors is not handled. It's left to residents.
Review in 2 or 3 words
Maintenance of property and cleanliness the past month or so has nose dived. Change in cleaning staff is extremely disappointing. Cleanliness outside and elevators is at an all-time low.
Overall acceptable
I really like living here. Has walking distance to all amenities grocery & drug stores, dentist & insurance offices, banks, variety stores and more. Mantainance fixes what they can thats satisfactory. But needs work to get someone to fix things if they cant. (That needs to be made clear whos resposposibility it is). Thats the only complaint there. I use underground parking less stressfull in winter. Noise has alway been minimual just normal stuff. Correspondance with managers has always been quick and helpful and resolutions have always been made. Overall I love my apartment and where I live. Thanks
